I am 48 years old, married and the father of 2 daughters. I have used the motorcycle as a hobby since 2000, in 2007 I became a professional motorcycle trainer in order to meet motorcycle training and move it forward, I still continue as my job. As a hobby, I like fishing and being in nature.

MESUT KOŞAK - TOUR LEADER

I am Mesut KOŞAK, I was born on January 18, 1962 in Balıkesir. Between 1969-1986 I lived in Berlin with my family. After completing my education here, I started my career as an electronics technician. In 1986, I returned to my homeland, to the land where I was born. My passion for motorcycles started at a young age like most teenagers. Then I saw that there are subjects about motorcycles that I do not know much, I thought I should do this more consciously. In 2009, I started taking advanced and safe driving training. On September 8, 2015, I was entitled to receive the ROSPA AN ADVANCED MOTOCYLE TUTOR IAM NATIONAL OBSERVERS Certificates on September 6, 2017. I am still a motorcycle advanced and safe riding instructor.

TOLGA IRMAK TOUR LEADER

I was born in Ankara in 1994. I have been working as a licensed guide in the tourism industry for many years, and I decided to become a Professional Tourist Guide because I love researching and discovering new places. I want to introduce and represent our country in the best way by learning different languages in the coming years. I have been traveling around many parts of our country on my motorcycle for 10 years.

BERKAY AYBERK - TOUR LEADER

I was born in İstanbul at 1974, I was educuated and graduated at İstanbul University Veterinarian Faculty on 2003. Also I’m Ex Rally Driver (1998-2008) I started riding motorcyle at 2005. Then I met safe and Advance Riding courses after 2 years self riding; I realize that I’m not riding safely. So I took Advance Riding course every year before join the Gis Academy at 2012. Betwen 2012-2021 I trained more than 300 employes who works for dalivery company and more than 2000 self rider. Also we made alots of Advance Riding training tours to Europe.

ÖNDER KAHRAMAN - TOUR LEADER

He was born in 1975 in Antalya. Graduated from ITU Shipbuilding Engineering. He works in the yacht manufacturing industry. He has been using motorcycles since 2004. He mostly rides on enduro and off-road bikes, but his daily choice is scooter. He received safe and advanced riding training on motorcycles. Successfully completed the Rospa and Diamond driving exams. He loves traveling by motorcycle, being in nature and camping.

CEM ÖZDAĞ - TOUR LEADER

I was born in 1975 in Istanbul. I have been living in Antalya since 1994. I am a graduate of Akdeniz University Faculty of Business Administration. I work in the tourism industry. I have been riding motorcycles since 2012. I have Rospa and Diamond certificates. I love driving motorbikes.

MARIA ÖNEŞ - TOUR LEADER

Hello everyone!
My name is Maria Öneş. I am 24 years old, I live in Antalya. My mother is Russian, my father is Turkish. I am an English/Russian teacher and also a Vegan Dessert chef. I can speak English/Russian/Turkish fluently. My biggest passion is motorcycle riding, I have been actively using motorcycles since I was 17 years old. I have many hobbies, among them kite-surfing, scuba-diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, cycling, hiking, playing tennis, playing the piano, social dances.

BÜLENT DÖĞÜŞCÜ - TOUR LEADER

was born in 1977 in Burdur. I graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Architecture. I have been an active motorcycle user since 2004. I took Rospa and Diamond trainings, which are advanced safe driving training. Riding a motorcycle is a lifestyle for me.

LEVENT ÇETİN - TOUR LEADER

Levent graduated from the Faculty of Tourism in Antalya, the tourism capital of Turkey. And his professional career flourished in this industry. During the first summer holidays of his university years, he starts as a bartender, cashier, waiter and all other possible positions as an intern. When he was in his last year of school, one day at the hotel reception, he realized that it was not his purpose to work in this environment. That's why he decided to become a professional tour guide at a travel agency in the early 2000s. He felt he was doing the right thing for him there. He worked as Operations Manager, Regional Manager and Headquarters Manager in the same tour operator in 3 different countries for 12 years. Ask yourself, "What do I want to do?" when he started asking. “What do I want to be?” Instead of thinking, he realized that he could combine his experience in tourism with his passion for motorcycles. And now a member of our TIE family…

ÖZGÜR SEÇMEN – VISUAL CONTENT EXPERT

He graduated from Akdeniz University Radio, Television and Cinema Department. He is still continuing his master's degree in Communication Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Public Relations and Publicity. He has received more than 1500 awards and exhibitions, 50 of which are "Gold Medals", in international competitions.

International Titles: AFIAP(ARTISTE FIAP) International Photographer, GPU (GLOBAL PHOTOGRAPHIC UNION) Crown1, EFIAP(EXCELLENCE FIAP) Excellence, GPU (GLOBAL PHOTOGRAPHIC UNION) Crown2, EFIAPB (EXCELLENCE FIAP BRONZE), SSS AIR, SSS Yellow (Sille Art Palace Yellow Badge), EFIAPS (EXCELLENCE FIAP SILVER). He still serves on the Board of Directors of ANFAD - (ANTALYA PHOTO AND CINEMA AMATEURS ASSOCIATION). In 2021, he was selected as the "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR" at the MEDITERRANEAN AWARDS.

CENK OZEN - ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

After nearly 25 years of a career in sports and coaching, I started working in the customer relations position at Kleo Minibar in 2019. Since 2023, I have been managing tour and support operations at Tie Tourism.

EVRİM GÜR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Diamond and Rospa have advanced riding certificates. M.E.B. He is a Motor Vehicles Steering, Traffic and Environment Instructor. He is also an SSI (Scuba Schools International) diving instructor. He works as a Business Development Manager in the tourism equipment industry. He is married and has two children. He works as a Business Development Officer at Tie Tur Ltd.

YÜKSEL ARSLAN – FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER

He has been working as a Foreign Trade and Corporate Sales manager in the Tourism Equipment sector for 25 years. At Tie Tur Ltd, he negotiates international contracts for imports and needs according to supply demands. He is a graduate of Tourism and Sociology. He likes outdoor sports, reading and writing, and is passionate about lo-fi, electronic, techno and jazz musics.
